I've been through a lot in my life even though I'm still young i grew up at such a young age I had no other option. I grew up mostly poor but we did what we could. Writing has been my escape from the world for the past 2 years and its helped me an unbelievable amount helping me get through my fathers death and loss of several friends due to gun violence and drugs writing has helped me from myself at some point as well. without writing I'd possible be laying on asphalt with them and I thank myself everyday for changing because if i never changed i would never got to meet my 3 nieces that make me smile everyday and making my father proud.
