Auto-Bio: I am a Political Science & History double major at the University of Rochester. I started writing poetry in early 2010 after writing lyrics for my metal band in the three years prior. I tried my hand at rap, but did not succeed, so I started writing poetry.Favorite Poets: Alfred Lord Tennyson, Percy Bysshe Shelley, James Joyce, Edgar Allan Poe, Robert Frost, John Donne, Lord Byron, William Blake, and William Butler Yeats.Heroes: John Marshall, Ronald Reagan, Hugo Black, FDR, Rousseau, Robespierre, Dante Alighieri, Niccolo Machiavelli, and William Randolph Hearst.Statement of Purpose: I attempt to shine a light from afar, On society's issues.
