Hi my name is Amy Stacey And I write poems a lot because it helps with my mental health I like to write poems about my mental health because it helps people to understand what it’s like going through it daily, I feel like there needs to be more awareness on mental health in the world because the people that don’t have it just doesn’t fully understand, Thanks hope you like it
