Poems »

Poetry is, and should be, the essence of a person. Like a painting, a fingerprint, or the unique way each person's eyes sparkle, poetry cannot be copied or replicated. That's what I love about it. I write to get stuff off my chest. I write in the hopes that someone out there understands how I feel.Thank you all for putting your hearts out there. I love reading your poetry.A lot of the stuff I post here isn't posted anywhere else. This site is like a private journal for me, except I actually get to share my feelings with someone else. I love reading reviews of my poems from people I've never ever met before. Somehow, not knowing you all personally except through your poetry is totally freeing to me. In a way, you are all some of my best friends. Thank you for reading/rating/reviewing. I promise to return the favor each time I see your name on my site.<3 aVividOverdose
