Chipko

Losing.. Losing.. Losing ??
.. roots you used to swing with ..
.. barks you offered prayers to ..
.. branches your cloths dried on ..
.. leaves that diffused life and more ..
.. flowers that healed your senses ..
.. fruits, of course, you savour ..
.. birds those flew back to nests ..
.. animals thrived in those forests ..
.. clouds heavy with content ..
.. rain often won over The Sun ..
Losing.. Losing.. Losing ??
Chipko.. Chipko.. Chipko !!!
