What do you see when you look at me
Do you see what I see
Do you see what God sees
What do you see when you look at me
The fat hairy slug I see
Or the beautiful daughter that God sees
What do you see when you look at me
The imperfections and mistakes I see
Or the grace and mercy that God sees
What do you see when you look at me
The girl that tries so hard to please
Or the unconditionally loved God sees
What do you see when you look at me
Dear heavenly Father this is my only plea
Please see Christ when looking at me
