What is Meditation?

What is Meditation and what you will get when you practice it or what you will lose when you are in practice.

What is Meditation and what you will get when you practice it or what you will lose when you are in practice.

Hope this is the final version of it and no further intuitions will come to my mind to add some more to it.

What did you get in meditation, someone asked me? I replied; I did get nothing but let me tell you what I have lost and how much I have benefited out of it;

01. I lost my anger, anxiety and depression;
02. I lost my insecure feelings and fear of what's next?
03. I lost fear of death and it made me bold and brave
04. I become kind, humble and compassionate
05. I lost my greed for more urge for wealth
06. I am no longer a miser person, become generous
07. I was self centered now I have feelings and concern for others
08. I used to think of me only now I am thinking of others
09. I used to live for myself, now I am living for others
10. I was a selfish person, now my life is for others.
11. I used to be a superstitious person. Now all my superstitions have gone forever.
12. I was in my faith a shaky person It strengthened my faith in Divine.
13. I am no more in self eulogizing doing me, me and me
14. I am nothing, all those things bestowed upon me by Divine.
15. It made a mild, a humble and a kind person day by day
16. It taught me to talk less and listen more
17. It gave me a sense of direction to follow

22. It leads me to understand myself more and more
23. It stops me when I am about to think which is not right
24. It tells me to listen to knowledgeable and Elders
25. It keeps polishing me day by day to make me a new person
26. It guides me to devote more time to Divine
27. It wakes me up in time for meditation so I may remain serene
28. It teaches me the beauty of life is in the Truth.
29. It is a source of strength in me to remain steadfast in life
30. It is a very powerful medium and source of Divine to go through
31. It is a very useful tool and silence player to teach you the most.
32. It will make you submissive in life to understand Divine Creation.
33. It makes me a very optimistic person to be always positive.

34. It teaches me to listen to others first and try to understand prior to saying anything.
35. It teaches me I am nothing, my Lord is everything.
36. It is a kind of magic if you understand it thoroughly.
37. It is the tool of the Truth to be with it.
38. It is very fascinating and scientific in nature.
39. If you convince yourself with conviction let you dive into divine ocean
40. It makes you a true spiritual human being to forget material aspects of life.
41. People from all walks of life will respect you not because you want them to but you deserve it.

55. It is an one of its kind and an unique way to be regular in practice
56. It makes you think only of good
57. If you try to explain someone will not understand unless they practice it
58. It takes you out of anger to live a peaceful life.
59. If you want to know how it works, start practicing to feel it.
60. It is not a mere desire, you wish and you will get it fulfilled.
61. You want to see yourself rise to a Saint level; this is the only source to go through it.
62. Someone else only let you know what it is but unless you go through it you will not see the benefits of it.
63. It makes you a person worth living a life without material abundance of it.
64. It will change the entire chemistry of life to be the right person.
65. It synchronizes body, mind and soul.
66. It is the source of increasing your spiritual power

67. It opens up many domains of knowledge to dwell in.
68. It gives you incredible access to which you never think of.
69. If successful, connect with all sources.
70. It is the only source to be one with God.
71. Beauty of it, it makes you a God's man to live a life happily.
72. It also gives you so many remote accesses without remote control.
73. When you see all of these with your own eyes, you bow down your head in submission
74.This is what we all humans must be doing and vying for.
75. This is the only domain of knowledge that encompasses all knowledge in it.
76. If we all practice meditation, I see no problems world over.
77. See all around peace and peacefulness of worldly and spiritual life.
78. It did not cost me anything and will not cost you anything too.
79. Never know when it will click in your mind but it benefits are very crystal clear
80. Benefits of it will reflect on your face, others can see it.
81. In fact it is very slow in process but it will incline you to go deep into contemplation.
82.Unless you go into it and get it spark nothing will come to you.
83. You keep thinking, it will keep coming into your heart and mind so you may incline in further.
84. It is an individual search you have to carry it on all alone to see divine light individually.
85. Keep navigating deep into it, there is no end until you see the light.
86. When it is bestowed upon you, you will go very quiet and calm and will become a very serene person.
87. Sometimes you want to say something but no, you can not.
88. I keep thinking as it comes to my mind I follow it
89. When you will be in practice, maybe you will explain better than me.
90. You can guide others but you can't take them to light and show them. It is not in your reach.
91. There are certain preconditions to be abided by.
92. You have to completely submit yourself to God with honesty, piety, and service to humanity with kindness and with all mercy in it.
93. If you have abundance of material wealth, keep a portion of it which is necessary for you and for your family and rest you spend on mankind so they all may benefit out of it.
94. When you were born you did not bring anything with you, this fact you must keep in mind.
95. There will be a very few to fall in line with but anyhow these are the basic requirements of meditation.
96. Now you are at a crossroad thinking what to do? Keep in mind truth will prevail eventually and finally.
97. We are materialistic and very hard to follow but it is the truth and reality of our lives.
98. Being humans we must follow the reality of our lives.
99. We are fallible, only The God and Our Souls are Eternal. So we are duty bound to do good deeds for our souls.

In short, the conclusion is, I can do whatever I can but it is not my right. it entirely depends on Divine Mercy to bestow upon me.
Unless we come out of selfishness and ego, divine light can't we see!

Just start sitting in meditation (Bundagi) with a clean, clear and pure heart then will see a sea of change in all of us.
