From One Day To The Next

Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)

Never it is the right time,
To do the wrong thing done.
Leaving the wrong thing to find...
Done 24/7.
From one day to the next.
With those who claim,
A wish for more time to do...
For themselves what they should.
Instead...
Blaming that on others.
As if the act of it,
Is a trait inherited.

And those others they blame,
Who have no time to waste...
On the ones who seem,
Not to know what time it is...
To do what is right.
Knowing...
Regardless of the day of the week.
Month or season of the year!
People like this,
Will never discover thinking...
As a natural thought process.
Needing not to ask,
When it should be done.

And...
These are the folks,
Often heard to hear it said...
'It Is Never Too Late!
