Lack of emotional content
Is the very root of sadness
Loneliness the biggest cause
Nobody there to share your sorrow and Joys

Anger is the tool
Mind puts to full use
Stays on forever
Fooling us into believing
That we are angry with the other

There is no other
Anger is self inflicted pain
Blinding us for all there is to gain
Anger inflicted wounds forever remain

Anger a suicide mission
Drinking poison hoping for others detriment
Even while manifesting outside
It ends up hurting our inside

Content realizes the
Spiritual power within
Awareness its first lesson
Living in the moment in fusion

Feeling the emotions
Keeps you within
It remains one
Peace prevails

Anger remains within
Moves you away
Makes you alone
Rest of the life atone

Living in the moment
Caused by awareness
Awakens inner power
Anger and Sadness cannot enter

Cut it at its source
Before anger takes its course
To find out the source
Dont think but feel

Walk on from temper
Sadness its neighbor
Splits our nature
Transcend the only answer
