A Tragic Time in Youth

There sat an ingénue called Iulia with a tragic life upon her,
Only a youthful teen she was and still she’d lost it all,
So she turned inure rather than face her imbroglio and live.
Her statue in the garden represents the troubled youth
Who’s young and pure soul was crushed by fate.
So now I ask and ponder who fares better,
Those who trap themselves in jade or those who face their problems?
