No one's better than us

Journalists, scholars, and just onlookers are gathering in advance. The event is about to begin, and it promises to be an impressive spectacle. Everyone is getting their notebooks, binoculars, digital voice recorders, and smartphones ready. It’s all right if you failed to show up; absentees will stay at their homes, petrified in front of television screens, catching every single word greedily – hoping that this time, luck will smile at them.

And now, it begins.

Turning somersaults in midair, and screaming wildly, they are rushing along the streets, spluttering their motto: “We were created! Happy to be created, we bow to the one who created us.
