Hiking, Injuries and First Aid

“Tales of Skeleton Pass and Skeleton Gorge, Of St. Colgate, Dragon’s Tooth and The Drakensberg”

The fated blister on the feet.

Tales of broken ankles and muscle spasms.

When entering the wilderness, one should be equipped, at least, with basic first aid – and so I’ve
discovered – with your sanity. No killing yourself.

A point in case: included in your first aid should be an introduction to medical hypnosis, which can
save lives.

And perhaps a pen and paper for jotting down poems and stories
As indeed this story itself was noted.
