Magic of words

Magic of Words

The merchant asked the idler. ...
'Do you have nothing to do?'
'Can't you see I'm busy Sir?'
He replied without much ado.

'But you are not even moving!'
'Why are you busy anyway ? '
'Actually I am busy weaving'
'Thoughts that come my way'

He recited a beautiful piece of poetry.
Tears welled in the  merchants eyes
Created from nothing as if by sorcery,
Power of words being his only prize.

The merchants offer to buy the song
Was silenced by the price  of his wares!
' To them Sir, my  poem would belong:
who can make my thoughts - theirs'.
