Day to Day

If the fear of dying
Is what keeps me alive
Then what's is there for me
Repeating the same pattern
Every day
Endlessly

We create
these paths for ourselves
Call it routine
Call it routine
And it's normal not to complain

I know I'm not the only one
These thought are not mine
alone
Yet these words are
ignored
by the people who create
"day to day"
And repeating what's already been told
in yesterday's footprints
