Where Will I Be

Pranjal 2004 (Zirakpur)

Will I be in an animal town living like a queen wearing a leaf crown
Or all alone in a dark forest, meeting a brown
Will I be running away as fast as I could Or being eaten up
And will my family find my bones And pick them up

Will I be alone in an island hunting And relaxing everyday
Will I get stuck there and die alone Or get a way
Making a boat, drowning due to hole, helmsman save may
If none is there, my body getting rotten Or being delivered by the fishes to my family in a week may

Will I be in the midst of a town
Working like a slave moving up and down
Driving a car, having an accident, dying Or getting saved
Or my appartment on fire, sending burnt body to my family and getting this date graved

Whatever may happen in my life
I wish my dead body reaches my family in a while
I wished to meet but they always ignored, its been 10 years as there was a strife
Getting blamed for what I didnt do neither listening me nor giving a trial

Throwing me out, and killing all my feelings for them with a knife
Being anywhere always wishing to die as the last way meeting my family left
Also wanting them to perform all the last rituals of my life
And wishing me a good life with a smile ahead
