Helpless

My eyes see no more
What is my world like
Behind these closed doors
Unable to feel the sunlight

What will become of me
Loved ones so far away
Life depletes the mind,
Considered deficit
Due to inactivity

Calling out for help
Desperate plea to hear someone speak
Only to be told,
No desire to care for me

Shoved away in a corner room
Away from “in-house society”
I am broken
No desire to live
Please, Lord take me
