Words of wisdom.
The root of all evil
money printed on request
gets us in deep debt
as inflation soars.
Taxes used to fund wars
as the world implores to stop it
who will hear our words
as silenced voices drown in tears.
Native americans voiced their concern
as land was sold starvation endured
If only we'd listened, if only we knew,
the words of the wise would some day come true.
