Within The Cells Of This Purgatory

in this state, in this stasis
in this state of mind thats just so overwhelming
in this hell, that is mine
in this stigmatizing place that leaves me so helpless
the acid is leaking through my mind
cause it's foaming at the edges
this tragedy is bleeding at the seems, nothing as it seems
at the top of a claustrophobic building, i'm at the ledges
in a day, in a day, two or three
i'll be locked within the cells of this purgatory
in a way, in a way, i find all of this confusing
but in some sick sadistic way, i find all of this amusing
the cracks in my mind's eye haven't sewn shut
will i die before all my children have grown up
but the tattoos on my soul will live on in the afterlife
i will drink this holy wine and eat this bread in the candlelight
