Why Not Me?

Why doesn't my talent win me contests?
Why doesn't my best get me 1st place?
Why doesn't my good looks get me cute girls?
Why doesn't my stamina win me a race?

Why do I have to play fairly?
What exactly is at stake?
Why the hell should you care,
What difference does it make?

I have no respect for anyone who beats me,
I have no care, even if they're my friend.
I will lie and say "you did good" and everything else,
It's one of the many false messages I send.

You may say I'm a sad person
Others more sympathetic say underrated.
Some will say pathetic loser,
But... I am very underestimated.
