Why

Why is the world so unfair?
Why do people act like they care?
Why must we hide who we are?
These questions i ask,are questions we have all asked.
All who are like me.
Who live in a world where nothing is what it seems.
We live our lives in secret.
Locked behind closed doors, away from the world.
All throughout history there has been people, like me.
Not all are like me,but they all have seen the hate,of prejudice.
We have seen the hate.
Now people like me,are feeling the hate of prejudice.
Yesterday it was against people of color, and religious prejudice.
Now its against people like me,the gay community.
If we can stop this hate, the world would be a better place.
If we can't stop this pain, tomorrow it might be you, they hate.
Stop the hate
