Where the Truth is Sure to be Shown

Your wings fly me over mountains,
'Round the trees and through the gardens,
Over waters -- under bridges
To where the fairies live.

Dance across the petals of a flower
During a light and dreamy Springtime shower.
To the roots of the weeping willow,
Where the truth is sure to be shown.

Tammi Hartley

Born in Kansas City, Missouri during the winter of 1981, Tammi always had a passion for the arts and literature. By the age of eight Tammi was exploring different types of creative outlets. At ten, Tammi had found a love for poetry. A tomultuous childhood gave more than enough inspiration and unique adult-like perspective for what is still, arguably some of Tammi’s greatest work.Tammi went on to pursue the visual arts and left poetry behind for a time being. She received an Associate of Science in Computer Graphics and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology in Tampa, Florida. In May of 2003, Tammi began her career at ColorAmerica, Inc in Largo, Florida. A marketing and advertising firm where she continues to create fresh, exciting brands for her clients. She now lives in Saint Petersburg, Florida with her husband, toddler daughter and two dogs. Always looking for a way to express her creative thoughts and ideas, Tammi has returned to her old love. more…
