Where I Stand

Where's my darkness where's my sky
What holds my happiness or shall I just die
Lookin to the heavens for one sweet prayer
Then I turn around and your the one that's there
The light in my window begins to glow bright
For I have witnessed heavens holy light
The sound of your voice is like a whisper in the wind
Now I know in my heart we were meant to be friends
Though our lives are so far apart
Always remember there's always a place for you within my heart
My dreams are broken in peices and spread across the sea
One day we'll meet and I know you too will see
That our lives are so destined apart but yet so close at hand
And then you can tell me face to face where in your life I will stand
