Where Does It Go

When winds stop blowing where do they go?
When love stops growing
where does it show?

When bells stop ringing where is the toll?
When love stops singing
where is the soul?

When birds stop flying where is the soar?
When love stops trying
where is the lore?

When gears stop turning where is the gyre?
When love stops burning
where is the fire?

When waves stop swelling where is the tide?
When love stops filling
where does it hide?

When hearts stop bleeding where do they cry?
When love stops feeding
where does it die?
