When Zuri Comes Over

When Zuri Comes Over

Sunshine that runs for miles and miles on the inside;
Armfuls of sweet scents that no money can buy;
Delightful songs that even the angels can't sing or hover ;
This is what happens when Zuri comes over.

No time to for external interceptions-----
Everything must give way to pause.
Unspeakable holds that can soothe even the mightiest
Explaining her at times I'm at a loss.

When Zuri comes over, all had better make way
The world has become weightless
Nothing even matters, no hurts, no pains
We have our own way to communicate
I get her; she gets me. No reason to explain.

I find myself anticipating being locked into her world
if for even a second; free to give free to love;
free to laugh--just free; just free...

And Yes. She is all that ...
'Tis good and sweet and kind. She hems me in
And I don't wish to leave, I don't even mind.

She fulfills my foremost wishes
But when Zuri comes over
Nothing even matters
For she is simply.
Simply.
Delicious.
