When Bleak Skies sigh

Bleak skies overhead ...thunder sighs
looking heavy, clouds do swell ...Implies
Showers on my beaten body ...bated breath
years may pass, only drought ...death.

Land whilst fertile, breeding ground ...of hope
under bleak skies, moisture weeps ...I cope
Sate my body with your tears ...desire
passing clouds on lands of drought ...Inspire.

When I reach a mountain peak ...I stop
I shall be, from yonder bleak sky ...til I drop
To be a raindrop from a cloud ...to touch
all we hold, all we are ...love you so much.

Now my bleak sky looks so bright ...wonder
all was silent for a while ...now thunder
Raindrops rolling down my face ...alive
all new life shall have this rain ...to thrive.
