When

When the sun's rays crest the horizon,
When the rain dances with the breeze,
When the birds of prey cry echoes through the canyon,
When the wind sings through the trees,
When I experience these things, I feel closer to my love, Jeannine.
When the sky's crack is answered by a silent light,
When the waves of the sea crash against the shore,
When the moon is full and seems extra bright,
When the grizzly bear stands high and gives a mighty roar,
When I experience these things, I feel closer to my love, Jeannine.
When the twinkling stars fill the night sky,
When the glow of the fireplace warms my face,
When I stand atop a rocky mountain high,
When a single leaf falls to the ground with grace,
When I experience these things, I feel closer to my love, Jeannine.
