What is black

Black was my father who
was big and strong.
Black is my mother who
taught me right from wrong.
Black is not blue,
Black is not grey,
Black is not the color of
a sun light ray.
Black is me who's mind is
very strong at time but
lord will help me.
Why do people judge by
your color of your skin I
think that can be crazy at time.
You can't learn nothing because you
are black they are so wrong.We can
sit a correct people and say no
it is not black it is African American,
but deep inside.I love all color.
I'm a African American woman.
