What Are We Fighting For

Stop this fighting
The war goes on
We the people
Want it to stop
Guns, Bombs, Tanks
Shooting, Killing, Mourning
We are harming ourselves
More than we are hurting the enemy
So why can't we
Just stop this fighting
Stop the killing
Stop the bombs and tanks
Stop the Mourning of our dear country
That we fought so hard to build
And now we are fighting so hard
We are destroying it
Killing our soldiers
And is it all in vain
We are killing our own kind
So, What are we fighting for
