Wandering Alone

A disheveled man treading heavily down a somber path
Darkness envelopes the very remnants of his soul, depleted
Demons licking every inch of skin, observe the devils wrath
He pays no mind, seeking vague glimpse of light, hopes they have retreated
Peering onward into pure black, here need not logic nor math
Hope and Faith is all that's left, material will be deleted
Needless sight, seeing's not believing, question not what hell hath
Vessels may never bask in holy rays, spirit is completed.
