Waiting For A Miracle

The exhausted jaw droppers are waiting in line
For a new eclipse of both greed and wasted time
While finding new doorways in their minds
Discovering the pathways have been torn aside
What do they want? Another clamp trap for the hurt
What do they need? One more shy galivant to the hearse

Now the finger pointers, are picking up harpoons
Which are grown and thrown as the battle takes its toll
And nobody asks why, the lion's share is all mine
A puppet's propaganda, has finally slipped the lines
