Vows
It has a smell.
Sweet smell of melting caramel:
Smothered over a ripe-crisp apple.
Soft smell of mountain lavender:
Nourished in the wrinkles of our sheets.
It has a touch.
Careful touch of virgin dew:
Asleep on a leaf of a raspberry bush.
Warm touch of smiling sun:
Kissed by reflection from our windows.
It has a sound.
Raw sound of rare cactus bloom:
Raising a clear idea of Possible.
Morning sound of your quiet breath:
Daily reminder of our blessings.
Love...It has you and me
Till death do us part...
