Under Heaven's Gaze

Alive - I breathe under Heaven's gaze,
reaching for feathered embrace,
I find myself embedded under foreign sky:
waving clouds upon this stretched smile,
a subtle wind caresses these veins
that dance the beauty within sunshine.
Droplets of energy sparkle like life,
soaking my bed with miraculous scenes,
minute, another world speeding through
this slow growth I saturate in.

The pillow's soft voice
whispers oceans
across the turn of my lips.

Winding, streaming through God's fingers,
I lick His power and set free existence.
Freedom laughs surf into wide expanse,
ripples of ecstasy sings to stars recording
every path I twist and turn into fiercely.
Rainbows reflect movement, I bridge them
with wondrous ease and glide through colours.

Birdsong quickly seeks
the sheet's crease
below this naked opened hand.

Bubbling grins, I float towards the light,
spherical delight seduces the spirit
screaming emotion's blissful warmth.
Explosions of morning slip secrets
into the curtain's rich fabric, threads uncurl
and store the reasons why in patterns.

Eyes slip from dreaming, yawns of yes
gather the soul's lines in slowly,
fragments chase time through the ceiling
as the new day sighs, good morning.
