Two Days

The number of days in a week is seven for many people
but for me there are only two days
the first day is always with me
Because I can't forget your smile that made me feel special
and I always felt like my hands were melting over yours
because your hands and mine were always together
it made me feel like you would stand behind me
no matter what happened to us
Your unforgettable kisses are still upon my lips because
they were always a medicine that would let me say the words
that I could share with you alone
I still have the pajamas that you bought for me
for our first anniversary I had kept them with me
because I could always smell your unique essence
they remind me of our crazy nights together
If you could have known my feelings for you those nights
they were making me feel as if I was a lovely bird
trying to fly across the whole world and tell
them my love for you was a sin to me
But I wake up on the second day
looking and looking for you and seeing you
walking with another girl
Those two days pass by me
every time I see you
