Twenty Four Hours

How will we quell the saber?
How will we net the cease?
How will we fling the caber?
Twenty four hours for peace.

How will we put the passion?
How will we cut the cane?
How will we reap the ration?
Twenty four hours for gain.

How will we teach the topic?
How will we pad the lair?
How will we raise the gopik?
Twenty four hours for care.

How will we save the planet?
How will we feed the dove?
How will we help the gannet?
Twenty four hours for love.

How will we get the pursuit?
How will we earn the draw?
How will we win the tribute?
Twenty four hours for awe.

How will we use the treasure?
How will we spend the day?
How will we tap the pleasure?
Twenty four hours for play.
