Title of Poem NOT A DEAD GROUND

NOT A DEAD GROUND              by    Satya      pattnaik

Look at my body
Sulking week and feeble
Like a burning candle
That fought and died with time
Thorns are merrily
Approaching towards me
To greet
With a new monster
To drain away rest of my passion
Love, humility and tenderness
From my four quarters
Time flows cruelly looking at me
Try to froze rest of my blood
However, time does not know
I am a stream immortal forever
Lifting my feeble hand
Enlivening my slow pulsating heart
Can rebuild the candle of life to burn
With a golden passion glow
Simply I smiled at the monster
The thorns and cruel looking time and
Say Friends come with me
I will show you Milky Way
In the archaic traffic cry
 I will show you
Cradle of hopes which I have I tagged
To the file of my priceless, pray
To yield love to continue my journey
From bone to dust flesh to mud and
Blood to water
Again from stone to a green poetry
Listen friend I am neither a war nor a waste
Cruel time cannot cut and paste
At its will but
I am an art the spark of time
Stir and smash but
Back again holding an eternal light
As an answer to death
I hope that bright and delight.
