Thou shalt not covet.

Silence...I can feel their fears...
Words cannot take back these years-
Take back their tears-
Like broken mirrors...
I hear it clear, as though they're here.
I know deep down we're all afraid-
The walls are strong...
The bricks are laid.
The lightest shade-
The darkest time-
The longest line...
The blame is mine.
Now all around me,judging eyes.
Expect my fall, instead I FLY!
Like light from dark,
I ride the tides.
Within our selves
The secret hides.
Stabbing me with anxious knifes.
Covet NOT, to take my side!
Tick tock these neverending days...
Can you not see the price we pay?
So holier than thou-
You say...
The story will not end this way.
