This Day Of Your Passing - 21 November 2011
This Day Of Your Passing
21 November 2011
We Love and miss you D., Diana, Mom, and Grammy
By Phillip Michael on behalf of your daughter Amy
21 November 2012
I've perished so much this year
Every second I stop
Suddenly I'm in tears
Constantly out of the corner of my eye
I swear I'm catching a glimpse of you passing by
I've tried to stand so strong
Just the way you'd want me too
But my life is crumbling before my eyes
And there is really nothing anyone can do
How did you always stay so strong
To the very last breath as you passed beyond
Rarely you wore you're pain on the outside
Me being the fiery one, I always just let it fly
But really Mom
No one knows I'm feeling insane on the inside
Can't ever seem to do enough
To override every waking moment of the pain
The pain of missing and not speaking with you
I still just can't grasp your really not home
But now… our home
Is a debauchery of pain
I can't run any farther from the crazy man who drastically changed
I can't quit on life, my family, Dad, Sheila, Fordy, Wilson, or Oliver
But I think if I really had the balls
I'd end sooner than later
Because sometimes I feel I can't stand another moment
Without being near ya
Again... I know I have a family to hold together
Just the way Dad was the bread and you were the butter
I just wanted to tell you how much I miss you
But no one can put it in the words
The way my self-proclaimed poet husband can do
God MOM!!!
I miss you Mom so much
Especially on...
