They Left Nothing At All

She left no special access. She left no calling card.
She left no future address with a kind regard.

He left no valid symbol. He left no copy trace.
He left no stable gimbal with a power base.

She left no kindred spirit. She left no lasting play.
She left no classy merit with a fine cachet.

He left no bonus asset. He left no extra aid.
He left no doting facet with a serenade.

She left no wistful ditty. She left no bitter gird.
She left no tender pity with a final word.

He left no lively scrimmage. He left no curtain call.
He left no augur image with a crystal ball.

They left no basic emblem. They left no love affair.
They left no tie to bind them with a loyal care.
