The Spade

Crisping within my own thoughts,
a conscience that flips cards
just spades never revealing hearts.
I haven't eatin, I cant even sleep
my eyes ache, and my will begins to break.
No longer do I care about the pains
that i'll share, for when I'm in dispair the casino is always near.
Rush in and to the roulete the
devastation ends with russian roulette
how ironic that the very thing that can
fix problems becomes the biggest problem, it's no longer a game it's a shame a shovel
digging myself a grave till there's no way to solve the simple.
So I run from the sun but theres no shade...
I hide but nothing goes away
I cry but my tears come in waves
I come out of my own cave
just when I think im gonna break
my family drops a heart to save
me from the spade.
