The Restless Sea

Tides go one way, then the other.
Currents change throughout the day.
The surface is calm one minute,
And stormy the next.
The sea is restless as are we.
Usually calm the surface stays,
But, underneath the surface a storm may rage.
It may subside and stay calm above,
Or it may erupt with great fury.
Storms may come as they've done in the past,
But, don't let it get you down.
Just stay calm and keep good thoughts,
And you won't be let down.
