The Red Giant

A crazy cosmic catastrophe.
A collision astronomically.
This great hurtling Red Giant star,
Leaves a severe solar sytstem scar.
Foreshadowing future, what's to come,
What will become of mother Earth's sun?
This absorbing ball of dying fire,
Fading as is my one true desire.
Its terror tormenting me to see,
As a realist scientifically.
Future generations left to die,
Destined for this galactic demise.
In the hollow hands of time and space,
For the human race there's no escape.
Planets devoured, taking its toll.
Consumed once more into a black hole!
