The Oceans Roar
Take me somewhere when we met on the shores.
Take me in you're arms, and make the tides roar.
Lift me into the stars, and let me breathe the moon.
Letting me fall into you're arms wouldn't be too soon.
Take me somewhere, to where the grass doesn't grow.
Take me as if I was covering the fields that glow.
As the snow that covers every thing bare, and sparkling white.
Take me into you're arms on this cold, cold, night.
Take me somwhere, where the world doesn't matter except for you.
Lift me to the skies of hazy blue, and sparkles of morning dew.
Where I can take hold of you're hands, and feel safe.
Take me to that special place.
Lift me in you're arms, and lower me to you're lips.
Kiss me like I was born for this.
Take me in you're arms so warm like fire.
Take me in close to you, if just for a while.
Lift me to the quarter moon let me play amongst its shadows.
Take me higher to the heavens, and its make believe showers.
Make me feel like a queen, and hold its sliver key to you're heart.
Let me kiss you with all I've got.
Lift me to the colors of spring, I have yet to explore.
Take me to the rains of winter, once more.
Lift me to our love where it may shine again.
Lift me my darling to the place we've once been.
Take me in you're arms lift me off my feet.
Take me to where our love was once so deep.
Let tme make this world know how you're adored.
Take me again where we met at the shores.
Let us pretend nothing has changed, not even the oceans roar.
