The lady chewing gum
In the library,
seats arranged in opposite pews,
making every reader face a partner,
if non,then,a vacant seat,
i was facing a lady chewing gum,
she chew along as she read,
making sound with dexterity,
her jaws and mandibles dribbling in rhymes,
her pace were calculated,
i stopped to watch her chew,
eye ball to eye ball,
she bent her neck aloof,
knowing i was travelling with her,she left.
The lady chewing gum was reading in thoughts
I did appreciate her entertainment,
....was she really reading ?.....
