The First Time

School is out for the day, sunshine's smile
Bike roaring, wind rushing, flying to see
Boyhood friend, joy of freedom, and the hot neighbor
Brown haired beauty with the flashing red lips
Adolescent crush, dream's invader, young lust object
Friend won't be home for an hour, great
‘I'll offer to help her bring her packages into the house.'

There she is just getting home to her home, goddess
Offer of help accepted, burdens taken-on happily
Watching as hips sway on the walk to her door and in
House is empty, her house mate's children no home yet
Victory! In the mind of a child dreaming of becoming a man
“Where would you like these” asked as casual and cool
As any whose heart threatened to burst from his chest.

“Oh, could you bring them in here?” smile radiant as the sun
Her bedroom, hoped for view glimpsed with new eyes
“Set them over there.” Wow, they were heavy, relief
Rustle of cloth behind, turning to see her slide into her bed
Hose lying on the floor, hand extended, “Come here.”
Phantom's dance through his mind as he watches, legs frozen
“Thanks for helping me.” Voice a silky purr from ruby lips.

Reassuring smile thawed the frozen legs, stilted movement
Doubts filled him as he drew closer to the small hand extended
She was an older woman of 24, he a kid of 15 wishing to be
Her hand touched his thigh and he almost fell to his knees
The feather touch seemed electric charged, eyes fluttered
Time stretched and slowed as hands moved over him, removing
Pants falling to the floor and still the hands moved, caressing.

Slow guidance of movement brought him closer still, breath felt
As a silk scarf across his dreams becoming real, not a dream
Ruby lips spoke in a different way without words, full of meaning
Lifting him from his feet beside his dream below him, wow
Never had he thought of this truth unfolding within him, fireworks
Igniting a blaze burning, willing him to explore deeper still
And now her mouth began to whisper and moan, pleasures revealed.

Did she know he had never?
Would she begin to teach him even more?
Should he say what he felt or remain silent?
Could this be the beginning of tomorrows to come?

Watching her closed eyes he seemed to know the answers
This boy become a man knew it wouldn't happen again
He knew she would disappear from his life, becoming
A favored memory, as clear today as the first time.
