The fight

Death is peacefull,
and blissful,
and quiet.

It's personal,
and hurtful,
and not in the least bit polite.

It shuts off the lights and brings darkness not too far behind
it slams the door and draws the blinds as it feeds on the night,
it curses life and wins the fight, but the battle has just begun.
because when its my turn to die..
im going to throw up my middle fingers and say,
"ive been waiting all my life."
