The Ferris Curse

My great grandfather dated a witch,
But someone came along and had to snitch.
He didn't know of her evil way.
So when he found out, she couldn't stay.

Being the righteous man he was,
He had to let her go just because.
She was devastated as you would know;
Casting a spell on him before she would go.

The spell was a wicked one indeed.
One all Ferris men for generations would heed.
All women who laid eyes on their beauty,
Couldn't keep their hands off their booty.

My own experience has proven this spell;
Believe me, it has been total hell.
I can't beat them off with a stick.
And Lord knows I could never pick.

My son is entangled up in this curse.
In fact, he may have it worse.
I guess we'll just have to endure,
Because I hear there is no cure.

So if you get the feeling you can't resist,
You're not the first to get caught in the mist.
So ladies just take a place in line,
And make sure you bring plenty of wine.
