The earth

Light travels at 300,000 kilometer per second.
186,000 miles per second.
The Sun takes 8.3 minutes for it's light to be seen on earth.
I am the Sun and you are beautiful earth
your abundance feeds those around you
you are the home I rest on
you are the spirit that forever grows
you've been through many disasters but you're still beautiful and radiant as ever
Light travels at 300, 000 kilometer per second.
186, 000 miles per second.
The Sun takes 8.3 minutes for it's light to be seen on earth
I'll make the trip in 0.1 seconds
you'll feel my warmth right now
I'll defy the laws of physics
just to be a part of your radiance
a bit of Sun shine on your beautiful roses
your sweet chrysanthemums
just to watch them bloom
just to be a part of your beauty
just to be a part of you
