The Dance

If you could dance a dance with a gullible trance, whispering softly of love and romance, silently shouting of your glee, your hope, your one per chance....
would you dance that dance, that magical dance?
would the tears manipulate the tune?
Would your cry be heard far and wide?
Or would it fall on deaf ears only to strengthen your stride?
Would you swallow your pride or let it die inside?
Will you follow the rules and give up your fight?
Or stand your ground and eliminate their strait?
It's your chance finally, to end that dance will it end in tears or in romance?
Will you make it yours or will you fall into their dance?
