The Critic

The gall of the critic
is simply impudence.
The verdict, bad or good, is flagrant insolence.
The view of the critic
is plainly opinion.
The verdict, bad or good, is arrant dominion.
The stand of the critic
is frankly doctrinaire.
The verdict, bad or good, is outright disrepair.
The test of the critic
is clearly prejudice.
The verdict, bad or good, is blatant injustice.
The voice of the critic
is merely advocate.
The verdict, bad or good, is brazen underweight.
The cheek of the critic
is wholly eminence.
The verdict, bad or good, is patent prominence.
