Wish I could be the person I see
Close too perfect
See right now – that isn't me

I see a smile plastered on my face
Not fake
Or forced
Just for my sake

I see a happy person
Not a care in the world
No scars or tears
No life that's been swirled

The person I see is not in me
Too close to perfect
Someone id never be
